Study On The Optimization Model Of Reverse Logistics Network Design

With the advancement of science and technology and with the improvement of people's life level, consumer's requirements about product's diversification and individuation are more and more high. Therefore, the product's life cycle is increasingly shortened, and the speed of product's renew is more quickly than before. So people eliminate and abandon more product than before. At the same time, with people strengthen their consciousness of environmental protection and with the environmental protection laws is increasingly perfect, enterprise field have to seriously deal with the problem of how to handle the abandoned products. Hence, the reverse logistics be seen as a new research field which emerge as the times require, and gradually become a hot issue which attract great attention from the field of theories and enterprises.The operation efficiency depends on the network structure of reverse logistics directly, so it is necessary to design a reasonable network of reverse logistics, that is, ascertaining the structure of the whole network of reverse logistics which the discarded goods from the consume ground to product ground, including the type quantity and location of logistics facilities and distribution method of the discarded goods between the logistics facilities, etc. To business enterprise, how to program the reverse logistics of the business enterprise and make decision about constructing network structure of reverse logistics that it is not only have important theories meaning, but also have the realistic meaning. But the research about constructing network structure of reverse logistics is few in the country.According above-mentioned background, the article introduces present research concept and composing of reverse logistics and explains the difference between reverse logistics and generic logistics based all world scholar's study about theories and practices of reverse logistics firstly, studies network structure of reverse logistics and constructs the reclaiming network for the different discarded goods and reclaiming method secondly. Finally, it is the core of this article that constructs the model about constructing the network of reverse logistics in the certain and uncertain conditions and solves it. In the research about the constructing network of reverse logistics in the article, I use bilevel linear programming and mixture integral programming to model the constructing reverse logistics of the products which can directly reuse and which can take down and re-machining in certain condition, and use mixture integral programming to model the constructing reverse logistics in uncertain condition on. I ascertain the type location quantity and operate- ability of the reverse logistics facilities and transport plan between reverse logistics facilities to make fixed investment and the cost of operation and transport minimized in the three models, then give the algorithms and examples of them.
