The store of brand monopoly is now an important and popular marketing fashion in the clothing industry. Unexceptionally, almost all of the world famous monopoly stores choose the prosperous shopping center as their store location, and face to the high group in modern customers. The success of a brand management mainly depends upon the last chain in the in-store marketing system. Therefore, the principle, mode, and means of management of monopoly store become the competence and a magic weapon to the enterprise. In this study, based on an analysis on clothing industry in Beijing of China as well as the present condition and trend of brand management, two foreign clothing corporations— "Fornari" and "VERO MODA"—were chosen and investigated, which have their monopoly stores located on XIDAN street, Peking respectively. This paper refers to large quantity and authentic data to which the research about the operation of brand clothing monopoly store may consult.
