The Research Between Our Trade And Environment Under Sustainable Development Strategy

Since the year 90s, the conflict between international trade and environment protection is concerned increasingly. World Trade Organization links trade policy, environmental policy and sustainable development to considerate them the initiative item. From the foothold of our country, my thesis gained the following conclusion: increasing development of International trade, widely exertion of Environmental Trade Barrier and more and more serious restriction of environment and resources to economical development, we should harmonize trade and environment to achieve sustainable development as soon as possible. Faced the sustainable development strategy under 15th national layout drew up by our government in year 2006,the article schemed our principle system for sustainable development between trade and environment on the base of subsistent research by international organization and successful experience by developed countries. The principle system will furnish measure guidance for solving the problem. The article also analyzed factors that influenced harmony about sustainable development between our trade and environment. By use of the notion that it will be effective environmental protection by the measure aimed at pollution source. And then built up the circulatory system which basal research objects are government, industry, enterprises and people. All measures of research objects enter into circulatory orbit and accelerate the sustainable development between our trade and environment.
