Construction Of Economic Rim Of Wuyi Ecological Tea Industry In North FuJian

Tea industry is not only traditionally superior industry, but also the important pillar of industry of the country economy in North Fujian. Some of the variesties of tea from this area such as Wuyi Rock Tea, Beiyuan Tribute Tea Jianyang White Tea ,have been well-known through out history. General Secretary Mr.Jin Wenqin of Nan Ping City People's Congress consider tea industry as a "big industry"and "great project", an effective way to increase the farmers' income in North Fujian. It is documented that the average income from tea, per capita accounts for 13 percent of a fanner's incomes. In the course of the construction of new socialist countryside, the development of the tea industry as the pillar industry of North Fujian has profound significance. However,the tea industry in North Fujian has "aged" since 1990s low, — industrialization level poor,benefit.After investigation and referring to the documents, the information and figures were used in analysis with tea industry's cluster theory and ecological economy theory, and the construction of Wuyi ecological tea industry economic rim in North Fujian was brought up. SWOT strategic analysis was used in this research to explain the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats in the development of tea industry in North Fujian. it was also suggested that strategic measures be taken, and adopt the strategic development of constructing Wuyi ecological tea industry rim in the region. Meanwhile, theoretical economic and realistic foundational analysis and reasoning of the industry cluster were conducted. The structure of Wuyi ecological tea industry rim in North Fujian, its development model and functions are elaborated in this paper.The main content of this paper is the construction of the development system for Wuyi ecological tea industry rim in North Fujian with the tea industry cluster theory and ecological economy theory. There are four parts in total: the green raw material supply system for Wuyi ecological tea industry rim in North Fujian, green processing system, green circulation system and green sales system.Strategic measures are suggested on the basis of the current situation of the tea industry in North Fujian and the theory of the construction of Wuyi ecological tea industry rim in North Fujian: 1. Improve the green management system of tea enterprises, establish the development strategy with green tea enterprises as the main body, nail down the development directions and energetically support and lead green industry of ecological tea. 2. Increase the investment in tea, grant supporting policies, encourage folk financing and introduce foreign investment selectively. 3. Build up worldwide-famous brands of tea. Encourage the union of powerful enterprises, the strategies for the construction of large green groups, construction of large green technology centers and the construction of green ecological tea market platform. 4. Apply green logistics management, establish service principles for green logistics of tea, strengthen the research and development of green logistics technology of tea and the construction of public logistics information platform. 5. Innovate modern green cultural marketing of tea, and fully utilize various combinations of marketing methods.
