A Study Of The Impact Of Construction Of Industry On Chinese Eco-Economy

Recently Chinese is in the critical stage of development.Huge investment and strong impulse,the previous mode of development,became to have weaker impact on economy.Reconstruction of Chinese economy is encouraged to be done from the side of supply from 2015.We must insist to work hard for realization of this task.Our previous mode of development can not be fitted to further requirement.On one hand our previous mode of development had caused bad result to eco-system in many areas during the pass years.On the other hand,the previous mode can not give push to development as strong as before.It‘s clear that the research of industy-upgrading and improvment of eco-efficiency is very important especially in this background.During the past,many scholars had studied the dynamic system of economic upgrading and eco-efficiency.Up to the existing previous research,this article is in order to study industry-upgrading‘s impact on eco-efficiency and some special industry which other scholars haven‘t studied.The most important innovation of this article is―2)₄)‖,which can calculate the green part of construction of industry.On the base of―Analysis of background‖and―Summary of documents‖,―Anlysis of Theory‖follows.This section can be divided into two parts.Part one introduced classical theories of construction of economy and eco-efficiency.These theories have strong impact on the following scholars.On the base of these theories the study and calculation of the figures of construction of economy and eco-efficiency seems to be reasonable.And these theories also have close relationship with the description of relative theories of the impact of construction of economy on eco-efficiency.And the impact of clean-energy industry is also analized.So these two parts of this section can prove this article is meaningful.After the section of theory,this article begins to calculate the construction of economy and eco-efficiency,ecological wellbeing performance.Calculation of construction of economy can be divided into two parts:optimization of construction of economy,upgrading of construction of economy.Professor Gan‘s research of Taylor figure is supposed to be one of the best ways to calculate optimization of construction of economy.Professor Liu‘s method is supposed to be one of the best ways to calculate upgrading of construction of economy.The tool of calculation of eco-efficiency is multi-stage DEA.On the base of calculation,it can be found out that figures of eco-efficiency are deducted one by one in East of China,Middle of China and West of China.Decoupling was studied separately under the view eco-efficiency and ecological wellbeing performance.It‘s the way to analize whether economy development has impact on ecological environment.China is big and different area has its special conditions.But up to the astringency analysis,it‘s known that ecological economy development can achieve higher levels.Afterwards is the section of direct statistical analysis,optimization and upgrading of construction of economy‘s impact on eco-efficiency is analized.The ways of OLS and sys-GMM are used in this section to analize the impact of construction of economy on eco-efficiency.On the base of igure analysis,we find out that the condition of whole China and east of China,middle of China,west of China are different.And the policy and method we can use are also different.On the base of previous section,this section finds out that construction of economy and eco-efficiency has relationship via stata.This section is also the root of the analysis of next section.Then the section of indirect statistical analysis follows the above section of direct statistical analysis.This section is very important.This section analyzed the effect of clean energy.And the study of this section is fresh.At the beginning this section analyzed the similar studies of other scholars.The variable functions set by other scholars seemed to be reasonable and have covered everything.But indeed,they overlooked the unseeing parts of economy.So,this article tries to study in a different way and use the figure of bigger ones.The outcome of the analysis of this article proves to be good.We find out that clean energy can play the part of impact on eco-efficiency.The impact of clean energy and circular economy on ecological efficiency and Ecological Welfare performance were stuied by threshold effect and DID method.Clean energy and circular economy can be utilized by itself without conflict.In the end these two sections involve analysis of experiences of other countries and conclustions&suggestions.This article is in order to find out the useful experiences of other countries.It analyzed the condition of some countries and regions.Especially the cases of America and Germany can enlighten us.Now we are having the similar stage as these foreign countries in the past,especially for the region of the north east of China.These cases can enlighten us.As a policy consultation,this paper holds that the rationalization level of industrial structure in the East,middle and west needs to be further improved.In the central and western regions,we can strengthen the infrastructure construction of clean energy,and strengthen the support and training of emerging industries.In the eastern region,we need to eliminate and export backward production capacity,so as to further improve the level of industrial structure.This paper also calls for increasing the development and utilization of clean energy,expanding the circular economy and improving the scale effect of circular economy,so as to make the industrial structure,ecological efficiency and Ecological Welfare performance more coordinated and rapid optimization development.
