Study On The System Of Green-GDP Calculating In County Territory

According to the sustainable development theory, the key indicator of the national economy calculation system —GDP has its own inherent flaw, so it is unable to value the true condition and quality of a country or a county. Therefore, the present national economy calculation system should be revised, and be replaced with green GDP. In our country, the county territory is the basic unit of national economy calculation. To establish national Green GDP calculation system and make the national economy have a sustainable development, it is necessary to establish the county territory green GDP calculation system first, and to use the quantitative analysis method to appraise the sustainable development condition and quality of a county territory. Therefore, this research has some theoretically value and practical significance to establish the green GDP'calculation system in our country to realize the sustainable development.This article took the sustainable development theory as a foundation, constructed the green GDP calculation system on the base of the actual situation of the YuCheng county, carried on the adjustment to the traditional GDP calculation system, and used the method of environmental economics to estimate the value of a series resources, then took a thoroughly discussion on the calculation of green GDP and revealed a real economy growth of YuCheng county. YuCheng county is located at the western area of our country, in the region, the ecosystem type is multitudinous, and the resources is abundant, but the development of industrial is getting behind most region of our country. Make a research of the sustainable development condition of YuCheng county, and develop the county territory economy policy formulation for our country to provide some references to prevent wasting the resources and the pollution, and make the county territory economy have a health development.
