Research On Pig Farmers' Behavior About Quality And Safety Of Pork

The pork is a main kind of meat produce on the dinner table of our country inhabitant; It holds an important status in the people's lives. With the people living standard enhancing and the Consciousness of food security strengthening, more and more people request the high grade pork product. In contrast, the issues about pork product safety health in China are still very conspicuous. Raising live pig scattered is the main way to breed pigs. This way causes to the pig which has an epidemic disease to disseminate the pathogenic microorganism and the parasite unceasingly. For private advantage, pig farmers increase excessive drugs privately or use contraband goods, that enable the remain of medicine to exceed the allowed figure These behavior threaten the security about pork quality unceasingly.This article takes the Sichuan area as an example to study on its behavior about quality safety control. The author uses many analysis methods such as the union of the qualitative investigation and the quantitative investigation, the union of the questionnaire survey and the material analysis and so on. The author chooses Sichuan Chengdu 14 cities (county) 316 pig farmers as the samples to study. This research concludes three main ideas; Firstly, it investigates and analyses the pig farmers' behavior on purchasing the seedling pig, choosing feed, veterinary medicine cognition and use, participation industrial production organization and so on. Secondly, it has carried on the analysis to pig farmer's main factors and thoughts in security veterinary medicine use when analyzing the pig fanners' wish about the security veterinary medicine use; The author uses the Logit model to simulate the wish of pig farmers. It can check the pig fanner whether is willing to use the security veterinary medicine; In the analysis process of this influence factor, which the pig farmers use the security veterinary medicine, the author used the security veterinary medicine to analyze the influence factor. Then it discovered the primary factor which affects the pig farmer to use the security veterinary medicine.
