| Pork is one of most important consumer products on our daily tables. Pork fiber is much fine soft and its muscle tissue contains more intramuscular fat which make meat delicious and become main non-staple food.in our daily life.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people’s demand for high quality pork products is growing, which provide high-class protein and essential fatty acids.Jilin Province, as the one of the mainly province of producing hogs, hog products, quality problems are becoming more concerned. Most of the rearing methods are mainly backyard, and some farmers add Clenbuterol and other contraband in feed or animal drinking water which make the pork product quality and safety be seriously threatened.therefore this article researches the behavioral problems of quality and safety control of hog farmers which has a realistic guiding significance to solve the problem of the quality and safety of pork.This article shows the influencing factors of behaviors of quality and safety control by analyzing142samples feedback through the questionnaires to hog farmers in jilin province.Meanwhile, Logistic model is to analyze the main factors of affecting hog farmers’ willingness to take the safe use of veterinary drugs.This article is divided into five chapters, the main contents and conclusions are as follows:The first chapter is the basis of the topic of this article that clarifies the background and significance, objectives, content and characteristics, reviews domestic related research and expounds the theoretical basis of this article systematically.The second chapter expounds development of the hog breeding industry in Jilin Province.It summarizes the hog breeding scale and features in accordance with the regional distribution of hog breeding. In jilin province and analyzes main existing problems and influential factors in jilin hog breeding industry by taking advantage of the present research and statistics.Chapter3is about descriptive statistical analysis for affecting quality and safety control behaviors by questionnaires which conclude that hog farmers’cognitive level of quality and safety will directly affect or change the behaviors of hog breeding management therefore,it decides the status of quality and safety of hogs and pork.Chapter4analyzes in-depth the factors which impact the willingness for hog farmers taking safe production by using logistic econometric models. As followings:the age of hog farmers education,the time of engaging,breeding scale,rearing methods,the degree of difficulty and convenience of information,behavior attitude,the understanding of using veterinary drugs and drug residues harm.The fifth chapter is the conclusions and suggestions for this article, which proposes some advice of safe production based on the summary of findings of this thesis.It proposes some advice of safe production of pork products and provide a reference for hog farmers and decision-makers in the government which is based on the summary of the research of this thesis. |
