Pork is in China, especially in the rural consumer’s main meat, pork to the quality of products is no doubt about the problem. But at present, the pork quality safety problems of frequent, market order disorder, caused a panic among consumers, also seriously affected the export of pork products in China. The main reason is the producer structure is unreasonable, difficult to carry out standardized production; The live pig industry is lack of effective diversification and avoid mechanism, the relative lack of concentration of the supply chain loose management, testing and protection, cannot satisfy consumers of pork quality safety and so on many modern requirements, lack of competitiveness in the world; Modern supermarket and so on the new sales way for pork put forward new challenges.Based on the empirical study sample from Hunan province ningxiang county, through the questionnaire survey to obtain information of the in-depth analysis and research:first to the domestic and foreign existing relevant research results on review; Then based on the theoretical and empirical, and analyses the pig breeding farmers the influence factors of production safety; Finally put forward to improve the live pig householders production behavior of the safety countermeasures, which increase the government’s macroeconomic control, strengthen the consciousness and scientific householders, accelerate the industrialization of pigs. Expect the research in this paper is to farmers and the government has reference value for customers, and promoting the healthy development of pork market to make the contribution.
