Among the experts of strategy management both home and abroad, there are various views about the theory of corporation's competitive predominance. Generally speaking, we have two points of views. The first one is exogenous theory of corporation's competitive predominance,that is to say, corporation's power of competition is mainly determined by some variables outside the corporation, and the market structure, market opportunities are the sources of corporation's competitive predominance. The second one is endogenesis theory of corporation's competitive predominance, that is to say, corporation's power of competition is mainly determined by some variables inside the corporation, and the internal resources and core power accumulated by corporation are the sources of corporation's power of competition. These two views greatly promoted the development of the studies on power of competition in a certain period. However, they both have some disadvantages. They simplify the sources of corporation's competitive predominance, considering that corporation's competitive predominance is only from the resources, power or external circumstance of the corporation (industry and position). But they neglect the relations between the corporation's internal resources and external circumstance.The purpose of this paper is to construct chain system of corporation's competition through the analysis of the competition elements inside and outside the corporation and the interactive relations among these elements.
