Large-scale turbo generator has the property of single unit, small batch and large complete set; this makes the enterprise's bid scheme design task to be quite heavy. Making full use of the enterprise's long-term cumulated experience knowledge and historical design data, using visualize automate and intellectualized way to design the product is the urgent requirement proposed by the large-scale turbo generator enterprises. Basing on the research of scheme design theory and technology, this paper developed a bid scheme design system of large-scale turbo generator using Database technology and the Java programming language. And actual cases were used to test the system.The electromagnetism design was discussed first. Electromagnetism design is mostly remodeling design. Searching for the most similar case to the current design is very important. Through the analysis of design characters, a similarity evaluation system was constructed. Then related definitions and methods using to describe the case's similarity degree were given, and carried on the discussion of confidence intervals. Combining function droved method with difference droved method, a similarity searching algorithm was given and has been proved effective through actual cases testing.Structure design is the important content of the turbo generator design, which includes two major parts of stator design and rotor design, and each part contains several components. Basing on the analysis of actual cases, process basic function module and the module information interactive mode were given. Case-based Reasoning was introduced into structure design and the case adaptation technology was studied. Aiming at the problems of knowledge retrieve difficulty, local convergence and low convergence efficiency, the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm was introduced into case adaptation, and fitness function constitution was discussed also.The turbo generator scheme design is often not a conclusion, redesign is an important topic. This paper introduced customer satisfaction into the resign problem, and using customer satisfaction as the criterion of case judgment.
