| In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy and urbanization,many agri-products are difficult to meet the consumption concepts and preferences of consumers,and there is an urgent need to update.The upgrading of agri-products needs the support of appropriate agri-product development schemes.However,in the face of a large number of uneven agri-product development schemes,it is difficult to make optimal decisions considering adaptability and matching issues.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the research on the optimization of agri-product development schemes,such as the lack of evaluation of the implementation effect of the scheme,and the failure to fully consider the sentiment and preference information of the demander.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the optimization of agri-product development schemes aiming at the weaknesses of existing research.Existing studies have shown that the idea of case-based reasoning(CBR)can form the candidate scheme of current agricultural product development;the idea of supply and demand matching(SDM)can be used to consider the optimal selection of agricultural product development schemes that match supply and demand.Therefore,this paper uses CBR and SDM theory for reference to solve the problem concerned in this paper,that is,how to find appropriate agricultural product development schemes and analyze the matching of these schemes.The main research work carried out in this paper is as follows:(1)Theoretical basis and research framework of CBR-SDM method for optimization of agri-product development scheme.By combing the CBR and SDM theories and absorbing the advantages of these two decision-making theories,this paper puts forward the research framework of agri-roduct development scheme optimization,divides the scheme optimization into two stages: preliminary screening and optimization,and gives the ideas and relevant explanations of research and design.The basic work can form the guiding framework followed by the follow-up research.(2)Preliminary screening of agri-product development scheme based on CBR.Firstly,the attribute value information and evaluation index value information of the source cases of agri-product development scheme optimization are collected and expressed in cases;secondly,calculate the attribute similarity and case similarity between the optimal source case and the target case of the agri-product development scheme,and set the similarity threshold according to the simple majority principle,so as to construct a set of similar historical cases;finally,according to the evaluation of the implementation effect of the schemes by experts,calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of the schemes involved in similar historical cases,and construct the available development scheme set,so as to pave the way for further optimization of the agri-product development scheme.(3)Selection of agri-product development scheme based on SDM.First,structured processing of farmers’ demand documents and development schemes;second,the structured processing results of farmers’ demand information are clustered according to demand preferences to form a demand matrix;third,according to the structured supply information,a supply matrix represented by cumulative distribution function is formed;fourth,measurement of matching degrees of supply and demand;fifth,construction and solution of a multi-objective optimization model for the matching problem,so as to optimize the appropriate development scheme for all kinds of farmers with different preferences.(4)Application analysis of CBR-SDM method for optimization of agri-product development scheme.Taking the optimization problem of nut agricultural products development plan in XS village as an example,this paper first describes the actual background and decision-making problem,and then solves the problem based on the method proposed in this paper to illustrate the effectiveness and rationality of the method proposed in this paper.The research work and results of this paper provide a new way to solve the optimization problem of agri-product development scheme,and help to enrich and improve the research on agri-product development scheme optimization methods. |
