Research Of Cross-Enterprise Project Tracking And Evaluating And System Implementation

Gigantic manufacturing enterprises usually adopt project management method to organize production, because their products are very difficult to be planned and controlled. As the development of economy, market globalization, product individuation and enterprise specialization make project more and more difficult. It is impossible for single enterprise to undertake a large project independently, so many enterprises are getting united with other related enterprises in a dynamic way, and direct their products development with project management ideas.This paper presents the systematic methodology on the problem of project tracking and evaluation in the multi-enterprises cooperation environment, including project tracking mode, project data collect processing method and project evaluating technique. With analysis of the project tracking process and project evaluation process in the multi-enterprises cooperation environment, the project tracking and evaluation model supporting multi-enterprises cooperation is presented. This dissertation also does a lot analysis and research on the related content– the tracking pattern of project quality and project schedule and project cost, and on the resource which tracking data gathering from and synergic task data gathering. Based on this model, the processing method of project tracking and evaluation technique using analytic hierarchy process is advanced, especially to the correlative tasks, that can be used on both similar project compare horizontally and distinct phase of project compare vertically, moreover carried on the evaluation of relevant coordination enterprise.At last, the prototype of project tracking and evaluation system supporting multi-enterprises cooperation is designed and implemented, based on the project tracking model, project data processing method and project tracking evaluation technique. This system includes project quality management, project schedule management, project cost management, project evaluation management, project change management. It certificates the above theory.
