On The Implementing Approach To The Construction Of Enterprise Spiritual Culture

With our economy continually developing and the competition between enterprises becoming fiercer, advanced enterprise culture has constituted the important part of the core competitiveness and the cornerstone of the success of the enterprise in competition. Enterprise spiritual culture, however, is the core of enterprise culture, on which advanced enterprise culture is fundamentally based. As a matter of fact, the theoretical study on the implementing approach to the construction of enterprise spiritual culture in our country at present is still waiting to be perfected and few are much effective of its practices, eitherBoth the spiritual culture construction and the ideological and political education in enterprises belong to the ideological workload. The essence of the spiritual culture construction in enterprises lies in the transform of the "Desk Value" advocated by enterprises into the "Action Value" adopted and adapted by all the workers, while the essence of the ideological and political education in enterprises the transform of the "Desk Politics" into the "Action Politics". Therefore, this thesis attempts to study the issue on how to give full play to the way in which the ideological and political education is conducted in promoting the spiritually cultural progress in enterprises. The author has elaborated the necessity and the feasibility of the utility of the strategies of the ideological and political education for promoting the spiritually cultural progress before the suggestions on how to use them are indicated.
