A Research On Production Schedule Control And Production Quality Control In Project Outsourcing Of TS Company

Outsourcing is a strategically means of enterprise management began popular since 1990's, which enable owner to focus on core business. The rationality and feasibility of outsourcing in part or whole has been validated by time.This paper analyzes the case of project outsourcing of TS Company, and deems the success as a result of the correct decision of outsourcing, which integrates outsourcing with supervision in the form of project management in the interest of efficient production schedule and quality controls. The three controls of the project are schedule control, quality control and cost control, which are prerequisite to outsourcing. Provided the price is fixed, the controls of production schedule and quality are crucial. Seen from the perspective of project outsourcing, this paper presents the whole processes of production schedule control and production quality control, and it analyzes the modes and means relevant to the two controls. Firstly, a production plan and quality standard shall be prepared; secondly, a rational measure shall be adopted to ensure the performance of the production plan and the production quality; in the last place, systems of supervision and feedback shall be established so that problems can be solved without delay and the outsourcing can go well.
