The study idea as follows: Firstly, introduce the progress of the project management of the basic theory, followed the progress of project control methods and procedures discussed in detail, and then it is selected for the case study for the Hebei Junfeng Geophysical Equipment Co. Ltd. detector production line expansion project. The detailed method is to set up a management organization, execute the project breakdown and design a detailed schedule planning, to do a thorough case research. In the case study, BP Neural network are selected to execute the project schedule optimization.
