Research On Interaction Strategy Of Industrial Structure And Vocational Education

Presently, the world industrial structure will be being in the adjustment time, the global industrialization center of gravity shifts from the developed country to developing nations such as China, South Korea and Association of Southeast Asian Nations. In order to adapt this tendency, our country must train the massive industrial workers and this responsibility undoubtedly should shoulder by the vocational education. But, the professional colleges' graduate students actually was facing more and more stern employment question in recent years. Obviously, there has contradiction on the talented persons' supply and demand between the professional colleges and the industrial development. Resolves this contradiction to promote industrial and the vocational education healthy development then is this article's research goal.This article unifies the industrial structure theory, the vocational education theory and the enterprise strategy theory, mainly launches the research from two aspects: One, studies the interaction relations between industrial structure and the vocational education from the theory aspect.
