The Research On Formation Of Vocational Educational Group In Gulf Of Tonkin (GuangXi) Economic Rim

As the society develops to certain stage, the social division of labor is increasingly sophisticated and science and technology develops quickly, with which need more specialized talents. In order to adapt to social development, it is wise to have common choice about vocational education collection all over the world to cultivate more specialized talents. The term "Collectivize" is used in economics, whether it has feasibility in the filed of education or not?Based on the above issues, this study introduces the development of vocational education group in china, and demonstrates its features, success, problems, Pattern and so on. And it takes the He Nan vocational educational collection as example. In practice, it demonstrates theoretical feasibility of vocational education group.Based on the issues, this study uses transaction cost theory, economies of scale theory, and resources and capacity theory to analyse the reason and signification for the vocational education group and so on. It demonstrates the competitive advantages of Vocational Education collection from the advantages of scale, synergy and resources optimization, brand and so on. In theory, it summarized Management theoretical framework of vocational education group, enriched the research content of vocational education group, so it has a certain theoretical value.The Economic Area of Gulf of Tonkin in GuangXi develops fast, meanwhile, vocational education develops slowly comparatively, and it has not formed scale. Therefore it appears the seed of vocational education collectivize. How to promote the rapid economic development by integrating of existing resources for vocational education? Whether can vocational education follow the path Group or not? This study had the empircal investigation on the basis of economic development and vocational education of the Economic Area of Gulf of Tonkin in GuangXi. On this basis, this study analyses deeply the external opportunities and threatens of vocational education. And it puts forward such strategies and recommendations: recently it mainly develops the union of schools, establishes Industry-specific Vocational education group, deepens the intensity of University-Industry cooperation, accelerates the building of training base, and plays the role of radiation of Nanning Vocational Education Center and Interaction between urban and rural areas, such as joint training; in the Medium and long-term ,it alters the functions of the government, produces a marked effect of intermediary organizations, and mobilizes enterprise participating in enthusiasm and so on. In practice, it has certain guiding significance to economic development area of vocational education.
