The rapid growth in tourism industry has enabled many countries and regions to regard it as a key industry for their economic development, support and promote it.With the establishment of China -ASEAN Free Trade Area, it has become extremely urgent in the cooperation of E-tourism between China and ASEAN. It is regarded that tourism industry is one of the most adapt industries to develop E-Commerce. E-Commerce is the direction of travel industry in the future. Therefore, as the best match in tourism and information industry, it is beyond of all doubt for the cooperation in E-tourism between China -ASEAN to become an important area in all-around cooperation.In the thesis, the current situation in the cooperation in E-tourism between China -ASEAN is completely acknowledged, and it includes the analysis in the macro environment, which suggests the huge opportunity in the cooperation in E-tourism between China - ASEAN. And I also have analyzed the restricted factors in the course of E-tourism as well as supplied some suggestions and searched the effective approaches of development of E-tourism in China-ASEAN.On the basis, we conclude it is very important and urgent to implement the cooperation.
