Studies On Heilongjiang Province Land Use Division And Countermeasure

HeiLongJiang Province was allocated in the northeast of our country, it was more than 454,000 square kilometers. The geography was complicated, it contained the Da Xing An Ling mountainous in the northwest, Xiao Xing An Ling in the north, southeast department contains Zhangguangcailing, Laoyeling, Taipingling and Wanda mountain etc. Southwest contain Nen river, songhua river from south to north inclined through this Province, formed the northeast three river flatland , southwest contained Song Nen flatland .Southeast still contained the lake of Xingkai. The land use type, land use structure , the way of land use, land use direction, potential exploitation ability etc. These elements had similar rule though they had some difference. This article applies the resources economics, environment economics, ecosystem economics, the land use theory, clustering analysis method, according to the land of Heilongjiang present condition, ecosystem environment, economy development level, to divided Heilongjiang Province agriculture land resources.This article had six parts:The first part was preface, which mainly elaborated the topic purpose and the meaning of the research, analyzed the background of the research, introduced the research trend in domestic and overseas and the mainly contents and methods of research, and generalized the idea of the research. This part mainly introduced the meaning of land use division, the principle of land use division, the technique method of land use division, the index system of land use division, the grade unit of land use division; the demand of land use division, and the multiple statistical analyses was applied in the research of division, location Theory and relative theories of land use division control.The third part was Province Heilongjiang agriculture condition and the agriculture land use condition .Heilongjiang is a big agriculture province, the agriculture development already had very long history, with this condition, the exploitation of agriculture had passed a long time .The change of the society, the increase of the population, technical progress, the development of the economy and change etc. the living condition,conception of value all will influenced the exploitation layout and direction of agriculture land use. Therefore, the influence factor of exploitation in the agriculture land of Heilongjiang Province is various.
