Xi'an City Land Use Division Study

In the current three-in-one of Social Development Plan,City Development Plan and Land-using Plan,the Land-using District is the core method of developing the land resources,at the same time,land-using measures are also based on the Land-using Districts.The result of Land-using District provides reference for Master Plan.Nowadays urban expansion brings huge challenges to Land-using District Regulation,especially for the captain of the province which has huge population.It is significant that huge-population captains could join in reasonable Land-using District Regulation,since it is the nucleus of the economic developing area,and this paper is based on the background above.Xi'an is the research area of this paper.According to Land-using plan,Land-using features,Eco,social and economic features of Xi'an in the year of 2014,try to make Land-using District of Xi'an.There are four main parts of this paper:(1)Introduce the background,researching goal,meanings and status of both China and abroad.(2)Describing the status of researching area from Eco,social and land-using tatus.(3)Using index methods,cluster analysis and other scientific methods to divide 4districts in the research area,including old-city consolidated developing district,priority developing district,historical heritages' protecting district and basic farmland protecting district.(4)Based on the result of Land-using District,try to make spatial control for each district,then try to propose the suggestion of developing the districts' regulations and coordinated development.The creation of this paper:(1)Choosing index according to the characteristics of international culture-history city.Pay more attention to protecting the historical heritages when dividing the districts in Land-using way.(2)Municipal districts of Xi'an have been increased to 10 districts and 4countries in these 2 years.There is no Land-using Districts Plan which is complete and systematic for this new districts and countries.Totally,this paper is based on data which is out of the research,we will make the Land-using Districts of Xi'an new area.
