Study On The Competitiveness Of China's Securities Companies

With the accelerated pace of opening up the capital market, China's securities companies will encounter grim challenge from multi-national securities companies in western developed countries. China's securities companies will be determined by their adaptation if they can quickly adapt to the new competitive environment. Thus, an objective assessment of the current competitive situation of China's securities companies, securities companies by rapidly increasing competitiveness of response measures, not only has a bearing on the healthy development of China's capital, but is also related to China's economic and social development of more coordinated overall. The paper analyses the general competitiveness of the current theory and evaluates the theory of three main competitive based on the competitive theory. On the basis, the writer defines the concept of competitiveness of securities companies, and analyses the sources of the competitiveness, and the formation mechanisms of competitiveness of securities companies. After discussion, the paper gets the conclusion on theoretical framework for the securities company's competitiveness. Then the paper inspects on China's securities company competitive status by the points of static and dynamic, and deeply analyses the reasons why our securities company competitiveness is so weakly. Finally, in line with the current standard of competitive theory, some suggestions and new ideas are given with the purpose to improve the securities company competitiveness by forming internal management structure of the securities companies, reforming the organizational structure, enhancing the management level, and improving the macro-financial environment.
