| With the development of the reform and opening-up policy, China’s securities companies have been survived for more than two decades. During this period,the managerial and administrative expertise of the the securities industry and every securities company have been improved continuously.But there is still a long distance to catch up with the level of foreign big brokerages.The impact and challenges caused by economic globalization are more serious for China’s securities industry.The financial crisis of2008brought serious depression to global financial market,which fortunately didn’t have an great influence on Chins’s securities industry,which have just offered an opportunity of development for the Chinese brokerages. The " Going out" strategy is the only way out for Chins’s securities companies to develop.While the answer to the question "How to go out?" is improving the international competitiveness of China’s brokerages,which is just the subject of this paper.This paper is started with the theories about the international competitiveness of enterprises and competitiveness of securities company.I have studied the main theories of international competitiveness at home and abroad and establish the theoretical framework of securities companies international competitiveness research,based on which I created a relatively perfect international competitiveness index system.At last, I chose19domestic listed securities companies and four big foreign brokerages as study object to do the empirical research.And I used single index analysis,comprehensive evaluation based on factor analysis and competition efficiency analysis based on DEA method.After analyzing the results of empirical research,I found out the influence factors of international competitiveness in our country.According to the research,I made several policy suggestions on several aspects such as asset size,business operation,the transformation of profit model,talents and innovation, which is of high practicability. |
