Study On The Growth Environment Of The Small & Medium Technological Enterprises

Market economy is put into practice no longer than 30 years in China, and the small & medium technological enterprises are coming forth in recent years, but they have become the new force which develop a high-tech industry in our country, and they are playing more and more important roles in economy development. However, in the growth process, the small & medium technological enterprises are up against so many difficulties which are cumbering their development. In our country, on the aspects of technique risk, market risk, business management risk, human resources and fund strength, there is a bigger disparity between the big enterprises and small & medium technological enterprises. The survival of small & medium technological enterprises are less than one in ten in 5 years, their growth environment is serious.This article first summarizes the different definitions of small & medium technological enterprises, then discusses the roles that small & medium technological enterprises are playing in our country, and enumerates the questions on their developing process. On the basis of present situation of small & medium technological enterprises and correlative research results, it analyses the external and internal growth environment of small & medium technological enterprises. The external environment mainly includes four aspects—legal and policy factor, financing and venture capital factor, the science and technology intermediary factor and the produce market factor. The internal environment mainly includes four aspects—property right system factor, human resources factor, technical innovation factor and the enterprise culture factor.
