| Innovation is the driving force of economic growth, the revolutionary forces of social progress, the determinant of success, the inexhaustible impetus of a nation's development. National innovation system is the foundation and engine of economic and social sustainable development, the cradle of training and bringing up innovational talent, the pillar and support of comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. The combination of industry, university and research institute is the main path and inevitable direction to the establishment of national innovation system, the effective ways to achieve rapid, sustained, healthy and sustainable development of national economy, a successful experience of the integration of science and economy in developed countries today.
