| Along with economic globalization and the rapid development of science and techonolgy, competition among enterprises and nations became more intensive and to depend on technological innovation. Sci-Tech enterprise, a especial enterprise whose special mission is making technological innovation, is an important and chief power of one nation. Viewing comprehensively on the strong and sci-tech advanced country in the modern world, all make importance on the development of sci-tech enterprises. Though domestic Sci-Tech enterprises just develop slowly, they have got great attention from governmental while having made great progress. However, there still exists bigger difference with developed countries. Factors influencing improvement of domestic Sci-Tech enterprises and growth of technological innovation are various, the most important factor of which is to how to choose appropriate technological innovation pattern based on national situation and actuality of enterprises'technological innovation ability.Based on abroad reading and investigative research fruits of predecessors, the thesis focuses on four aspects. First, consult their technological innovation experiences through analysis and summary the technological innovation patterns of America, Japan, and Korea. Second, analyze basic patterns of technological innovation of Sci-Tech enterprises with cases as examples; Then, under the big background of tech-globalization, analyze the problems existing on technological innovation patterns of Sci-Tech enterprises in our country. On the basis of above mentioned, the thesis gives some suggestion on validity of technological innovation patterns of domestic Sci-Tech enterprises. |
