Study On The Evolution Model Of Industrial Park Based On Industry Cluster

Industry clusters is a valid path to promote the industry and district competition. the development of industrial park is depended on the formation of industry clusters. It has become an important guarantee for the sustainable development of regional economy.As the first natural Economic and Technological Development Area of Anhui province,the development of Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Area has made large achievement .Under the ground of accelerate the development of central section, it has become an urgent problem that hold the stage of industrial park correctly, and exert it's importance in the regional development.In this paper, the author firstly makes a systematic exposition of the relevant theory .Then the author studied the evolution model of industrial park.The main conclusion of this paper is following:1. The first chapter systematically looks back the progress of relevant fields in the domestic and international from 1970. This has laid s solid foundation for the behind research.2. In the second chapter, on the basis of analyzing the development of industrial clusters and industrial parks, the author studied the evolution of industrial park model. Initial, the author holds that the industrial park development process may be divided into three stages: the stage of government predominate and the stage of foreign capital drive and the stage of innovation drive, and using the characterful method induce the general characteristic of each stage.3. In the third chapter, this paper analyzes the development characteristics of zone taking Wuhu economic and technological development area as an example, and judge Wuhu economic and technological development area be placed in the stage of pole and axis proliferation.
