With the rapid development of economic globalization, modern production services have become the strategic focus of industrial development and the main task of maintaining the competitiveness, the industry cluster of the park has become an important carrier of new industrialization and urbanization,. Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Group is in an important period of industrial transformation and upgrading. To speed up the interactive development of production service and industrial clusters in the park is an important strategic planning for both the international competitiveness of regional economy and the construction of "environment-friendly & resource-efficient" society.Production Services and Industrial Clusters are in a close interaction. Production services are playing an important role of deepening the development of park industrial clusters. And the production service itself has shown a dynamic trend of cluster-development. The Thesis dealt with the modern service industries, industry clusters, as well as the theoretical basis of interactive development between them, demonstrated a comparative analysis of the status quo of the interactive development between Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan production services and industrial clusters, and discussed its impetus mechanism. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, we drew the measures for the promotion of the interactive development of three-city production services and Park industrial clusters.This paper is based on the combination of theoretical analysis and real case study, for the purpose of offering favorable suggestions to speed up the interactive development between the three-city cluster production service sectors and the park industrial clusters.
