Research On Investment & Financing And Development Of The Regional Economy

The Capital Formation stands an important position in the Classic Economics, the Neoclassic Economics and the Development Economics. It is the core problem of nations or regions. It is also the core problem of the Regional Economics. The capital flow which is the main object of the investment&financing research is the main path of the capital formation. The research about the capital flow has often been discussed in the Investment Economics, but it is rarely been discussed systematically in the Regional Economics.Under the condition of the market economy, the acquisition and applying of the capital has become the key factor to the take-off and development of a region's economy. The practice of a region's development has put forward a new request to the research on investment&financing regards to the region.This article tries to analyze the investment&financing from the view of Regional Economics. Based on the theory's result of Development Economics, Macroeconomics and Investment Economics, the article makes an overall investigation on the capital flow and its application.
