The dining industry is different with the trade and the industry, also is different with the pure service industry. It belongs to the tertiary industry in the modern society. After more than 20 years of reforming and open policy, our country's dining industry experienced a violent development. The dining enterprises with different kind of taste characteristic, management form and organizational structure spread all over our country. But business was difficult to deal because of intense competition. It has also become the epidemic disease of the dining industry. At the same time, the local dining industry also faced the challenge of overseas. The Chinese meal enterprise is a enterprise which provided Chinese meal service. Compares with other types of dining enterprises, it is characteristic, and difficult to standardize. So, the wish of the Chinese meal enterprise to reengineer the business process is strong.This paper syncretized the theory of BPR and IE to research the business process reengineering of Chinese meal enterprise.According to the actual situation of dining business management and the procedure of BPR, this paper proposed a suited BPR procedure for the Chinese meal enterprise.
