In 1985, the conception of the transformational leadship style was brought forward formally by Bass. It has always been the focus of the theory research for 20 years. This research is to analyze the transform leading's effect on staff's work efficiency based on the conclusion of the certain leading behavior.There are mainly two points of view to analyze work efficiency. One is the staff's work satisfication measurement, the other is the organizing of people behavior. During the course of analysis, the mind climate of the organizing innovation is introduced as a media variable to research how the transform leading affects the staff's work efficiency.In the present society, innovation has become a hot topic to all the organizations, which is entering the. daily life.
