Under the background of the current strategy of innovation-driven development,enterprises must gain competitive advantage through innovation,and employees' work innovation is an integral part of enterprise innovation.An important function of leader is to promote employees' innovation in order to improve enterprise competitiveness.The impact of different leadership style on employees' work innovation is different,meanwhile,employees' emotional state in the organization can also affect their embedded work innovation.By combing leadership theory,this research divided the leadership style into four types from the perspective of maturity evolution,i.e.,tasklevel leadership style,individual-level leadership style,organization-level leadership style and social-level leadership style.This research dicussed the influences of the four types of leadership style on employees' work innovation.Besides,the research also measured employees' emotional dissociation,further analyzed the relationship of leadership style,emotional dissociation and employees' embedded work innovation.Through interviews,questionnaires to obtain data,qualitative research methods,exploratory factor analysis and comfirmatory factor analysis were used to establish the structure of the four types of leadership,employees' emotional dissociation and employees' embedded work innovation.Through variance analysis,the differences of core variables on demographic variables and organizational variables were explored.Through correlation analysis and hierarchical regression method,the relationship between leadership styles and employees' embedded work innovation as well as the regulation influence of emotional dissociation were discussed.The results showed that:Task-level leadership style is consisted of three dimensions which are task switching,emotion switching and task orientation.Individual-level leadership style is consisted of six dimensions which are leader charm,strategic vision,individualized consideration,environmental sensitivity,personal adventure and abnormal behavior.Organization-level leadership style is consisted of five dimensions which are leader charm,strategic vision,individualized consideration,intellectual stimulation and organization goal orientation.Social-level leadership style is consisted of five dimensions which are leader charm,strategic vision,socialized consideration,justice and sincerity,and socialized morality.Employees' embedded work innovation is a three-dimensional structure,including employees' embedded willingness to work innovation,employees' embedded practice of work innovation and employees' embedded output of work innovation.Employees' emotional dissociation is consisted of three dimensions which are employee-relationship emotional dissociation,employee-work emotional dissociation and employee-system emotional dissociation.Among them,employee-relationship emotional dissociation includes leadership style emotional dissociation,leader concern emotional dissociation and peer relationship emotional dissociation;employee-work emotional dissociation includes work content emotional dissociation;employee-system emotional dissociation includes general system emotional dissociation and reward system emotional dissociation.The overall mean of employees' embedded work innovation is in the middle level.The degrees of employees' embedded willingness to work innovation,practice of work innovation and output of work innovation show a gradual decrease in features,and the degree of employees' embedded output of work innovation is very low.The overall mean value of employees' emotional dissociation is also in the middle level,among which the detection rate and the mean of employee-reward system are the highest.There is a significant correlation between leadership style and employees' embedded work innovation.Task-level leadership has a significant negative impact on employees' embedded work innovation,while individual-level,organization-level and social-level leadership show a significant positive effect.Moreover,the higher the maturity of leadership style,the stronger the positive influence on employees' embedded work innovation is.Emotional dissociation has negative correlation with employees' embedded work innovation.It shows no regulating effect between task-level leadership style and employees' embedded work innovation,while it has negative regulating effect between individual-level,organization-level,social-level leadership style and embedded work innovation.Combined with the research results,this research proposed the strategy of embedded work innovation incentive system based on the integration construction of LE.From the three aspects of whole process dynamic incentive of employees' embedded work innovation,management on leadership style in perspective of maturity evolution,and prevention and intervention of emotional dissociation,the research put forward strategies and suggestions to prevent and control employees' emotional dissociation,thereby promoting employees' embedded work innovation effectively.
