The Insurance Industry is experiencing the shift from vendor into buyer oriented market at present in China, which is in the sign of protruding discrepancy from insurance service and competition from insurance suppliers, reinforcing customer dominance as well as increasing the selection of insurance type. Those changing, by no means, put the traditional insurance marketing facing several challenge, also highly demand the present insurance scheme. Therefore, it will be very important to adjust marketing scheme, activate potential requirement in order to keep the health development of the industry.In this article, by analyzing the marketing development for the TT life insurance Co.,Ltd Sichuan branch and combining with relevant factors , we put forward a new marketing scheme for insurance industry-consultant marketing(CM). CM is customer-oriented, bases on the organization construction, and depends on the information system, knowledge system and production system. The scheme is based on marketing theory like 4P, 4C and relation marketing, which is fully applied into the consultant marketing and shows the customer requirement oriented service idea.To guide business of the TT life insurance Co.,Ltd Sichuan branch with CM, that is , having the idea of the total customer oriented service , presenting the customer a set of solution which is tailored from insurance products of company...
