| For a long time,the production and sale of tobacco goods have been controlling by laws and regulations. Tobacco enterprises which are responsible for circulating states between production enterprises and consumption market,how to coordinated development of planning and needing, of upstream and downstream?And how to form a scientific services system? Although tobacco retailer sales under the supervising of tobacco management office, there are many tobacco retailers who illegally dealing.In other word,it's true that the tobacco retailer have behaivior loyalty but have not affective loyalty. So,how to heighten the loyalty of tobacco retailer?The study based on the services marketing theory, systematicly researched on services marketing strategies of Aba Tobacco CorP. It included 6 charts:In chartâ… ,to introduce the aiming,meaning and manners of this study; In chartâ…¡,to review systematicly the services marketing theory; In chartâ…¢,to confer the marketing after annlysising A'Ba Tobacco CorP.; In chartâ…£,to systematicly analyze, appraise and point out the characteristic in services marketing of ABa Tobacco CorP.; In chart V,to take out the strategies that how to make a services marketing system based on the services marketing theory; In chart VI,to draw our conclution.The aim of this study is:Firstly, to give strategies and to orientate scientificly for the tobacco industry(Business Enterprises) through analysis and research of the circumstances around. Secondly, to confer the justly marketing manners in the planned economy system,and to give advices for tobacco industry(Business Enterprises) to promote the leavl of services marketing.Thirdly, this study mainly focuses on services marketing of tobacco industry, which hasn't been fully studied. We aim to draw more attention to the tobacco services marketing in China, which might provide companies an opportunity to develop and transform into services marketing. |
