The attempted feasibility study of The ABC Business Integrated Project, consisting of a hotel,an office building and a shopping center,is therefore made both from theoretical and practical perspectives in this paper. Study issues such as market location, business expectation, investment plan and profit prediction is involved, and financial issues in terms of capital operation, investment profit and risk-resistive capability are focused herein. The whole paper is divided into 9 chapters. In chapter 1,the basic situation of the Project is presented; in chapters 2-4,the environment of Xiamen is analyzed. Chapters 5-7, based on the Project, mainly analyze the market location, the market competitors, and the advantages, disadvantages of the Project and the market opportunities and threats. Chapter 8 is concerned with such issues as the financial pre-plan of the Project and the analysis of risks. Chapter 9 is concerned with an integrated description of the whole project, a conclusion and some suggestions. After probing into the said Project, we've already a relatively profound understanding of Xiamen's commercial landed estate and find out that, in the new situation of Xiamen city's location planning and rapid economic growth, Xiamen's commercial landed estate has its own objective conditions and inevitability towards a higher-level development. With the trend of Xiamen's internationalization, the business management of commercial landed estate has also been internationalized, and the management level gap between the domestic and the international has brought the new business models. The new business models have also brought us the operational ways of new projects that have scientific rationality and great reference value.
