With the high-speed economy development of our country and issue of new rural policy of construction socialism which the Central Party Committee puts forward, agribusiness' investment project increases day by day. But at present the whole investment results aren't very ideal. At present, investors have fuzzy concept and less sense of the investment risk, they pay little attention to the appraisal of risk. Moreover, the existing method of appraisal of investment risk only stays in some traditional appraisal methods, for example, methods of appraisal of risk such as the profit and loss equilibrates analysis, sensitiveness analysis and probability analysis etc. But these methods are far to appraise risk of investment project accurately and complicated investment project. These methods can't keep away effective risk, which will cause agricultural enterprise investment fault or fail like this, thus bring losses to enterprise and the society. Because of this, this paper sets about from the risk characteristic of the agricultural enterprise investment of our country, and explain the current situation of agribusiness' investment risk of our country at present, and then put forward and discern agribusiness' investment risk factor method. The purpose lies in directing against the agribusiness' own characteristic, and on the basis of commenting traditional risk analysis index, this paper construct the new index system which is suitable for risk analysis of the agricultural enterprise investment and lead risk analysis method of combining the sensitivity and rate analysis.
