A Study On Perfecting The Encouraging And Binding Mechanism Of Human Capital In Chinese Enterprises

Nowadays is knowledge-based economy era. Knowledge has become the engine of productive forces and economy growth. As the carrier of knowledge and enterprise production element, human capital is the capital which is cohered to labor, transformed through capital invested fees, and is the representation of the labor skills and technique. Or human capital present in the labor and it is the nonmaterial capital which is expressed through the quality and quantity of the labor. So the human capital becomes the key of the enterprise to exist and develop. But in the management structure of the enterprise we always ignore the action about the human capital in the management structure of the enterprise. The management on human capital is stained the planning phase, and the researches on human capital has still fallen behind and stand criterion and lacked systematic.The thesis uses for-reference the study manner on human capital of processor and the research achievement on the encouragement theory of the enterprise human capital, manipulate the analysis manner of theory summarizing and logic deducing. From the micro aspect of the enterprise, the thesis analyzes the operation mechanism of the enterprise, and advises some concrete mechanism on the encouraging and binding of the enterprise human capital.The thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter is introduction to background and significance.
