The concept of quality of work life emerged in the trade union in 60 ages, quickly, it was accepted by western society broadly, and became a kind of universal movement. In essence, the quality of work is a progress in modernistic management, and embodies when the enterprises pursue the economical benefits, it regard of the person in organization at same times, it also reveal the aspects of humanity and spirit of the enterprise more deeply. The movement of QWL is the necessary results of the developed countries'human management theories and practice development. It has important warning sense to our countries human management of enterprises.As far as China is concerned, quality of work life is a newer concept, China mainland scholars have done few researchs about quality of work life, some scholars have advanced native defined and comprised index for it, but it is only in theory aspect, short of systematically confirmed research. As a result of these, this research consult the scholars'research, add up my understanding, defined the quality of work life. According to it, on the basis of reviews of quality of work life studies, we make a tentative research on it. First, we collected the items for the measure by visiting, open questionnaire; we developed a seven-component construct of quality of work life. Second, we used the Independent-Samples T Test and One-Way ANOVA to analyze the difference in the dimensions of promoting among different enterprise staff. Third, we adopted correlation and regression analysis to research the relations between the quality of work life and organization commitment. The results indicated the followed conclusions.1.Quality of work life is a seven-component construct. The seven dimensions are: life indemnification, work trait, preferment and reward, work grow, personal relationship, work and family leisure, respect.2.The results of T-test and AVOVA that demographic variable can do some effects...
