With the advent of the new economy, the increasingly fierce competition, people feel the hitherto unknown pressure of work, good balance of work and life will become increasingly strong.Based from the perspective of quality of work life, with a new generation of employees as the object of study, job involvement into the quality of working life on job performance research framework to explain the working inputs in mediating mechanism of quality of work life and work performance, to rich skill domain of research contents and provide a new perspective to study Cenozoic employees and for the research and practice of the quality of life in the work of enterprise provides scientific basis and implementation of power, thus for the enterprise human resources management provide reliable theoretical basis for this paper.Firstly, summarize literatures on related research achievements at home and abroad, on the basis of definition of related concepts for the theme of this study and the definition of;Secondly, according to the results of the literature review from the quality of working life as independent variable, job performance as dependent variables, job involvement as the intermediary variable, construct the research model, and the formation of scale according to the need of research;Thirdly, through SPSS to collect the 309 questionnaires were descriptive statistical analysis and reliability test, and using amos17.0 variables in confirmatory factor analysis. Then, through a structural equation model for the preset model and hypothesis test test results support the hypothesis of quality of work life has a significant positive impact on job involvement and job performance, and focuses on the analysis of the mediating role of job involvement, the empirical results support the it plays an intermediary role assumptions in the quality of work life and work performance, to further clarify the mechanism of quality of working life on work performance.Finally, in-depth study of the deep reasons behind these conclusions supported by data analysis, and from the optimization of the design work, improving the organizational environment and fully respect the perspective of new generation employees are put forward to improve job performance measures and suggestions for enterprise reference.
