GT Company's Core Values Affects The Effectiveness In System Execution

At the beginning of 2001, after ranking Fortune 500 Top Global Companies, America's Forbes Consulting Company pointed out in its summary that the key to being outstanding lies in enterprise culture. When knowledge-based enterprises dominate and mental work becomes main mode of labor, the traditional way that work efficiency is improved through external supervision and system management is being replaced with enterprise culture that effects employees' thoughts and ideas and provides good cultural atmosphere.
