Chinese enterprises face the challenge of survival and development because of the indifference and lack of corporate social responsibility. Its primary cause lies in the lack of corporate social responsibility management. Social responsibility management of supply chain is strengthened based on the view of core enterprise. Enterprises create profits for shareholders, and undertake the responsibility of employees, consumers, community and environment at the same time. So it is conducive to the sustainable development of supply chain.First of all, internal and external driving force of corporate social responsibility of supply chain is analyzed and the present situation of the management framework of corporate social responsibility of supply chain is summarized in the paper. New management framework of corporate social responsibility of supply chain is constructed based on the view of core enterprise. Management organization, strategic planning, market access mechanism, capacity building mechanism, coordination mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism and information disclosure mechanism is set up under the management framework of corporate social responsibility of supply chain. The management framework of corporate social responsibility of supply chain needs continuously perfect.Secondly, introduced the profit distribution factor, new profit sharing model of corporate social responsibility of supply chain is designed, which combines the stackelberg game model with cooperative game model. Through the comparative analysis, the optimal profit distribution factor is get to achieve maximum economic profit and social benefit of supply chain at the same time.In addition, using the method of wholesale price subsidies, new cost sharing model of corporate social responsibility of supply chain is designed, which combines the stackelberg game model with nash game. Through the comparative analysis, the optimal wholesale price subsidies is get, which makes enterprises of supply chain share the cost of social responsibility. So it solves the problem of supply chain upstream input but the downstream benefit.Finally, the feasible suggestions are put forward for the strategy to improve the level of corporate social responsibility of supply chain.
