Research On Urban Recreationally Spatial Structure On The Base Of Citizen Needs

With the incoming of the leisure ages and rapidly progress of Modernization, Recreation has become the daily demands of the citizen and one of the four basic functions of urban. Ample recreational space and rationally structural layout play very important role in the exertion of urban recreational function, while urban recreation space is coupled with recreationally substantial environment space and recreationally behavioral space. As a result,from the need of the citizen, the paper selects spatial structure of urban recreation as a study object ,adopts research methods such as data reviewing, questionnaire and interviewing, takes Shiyan city as an example to study urban recreation needs, urban recreationally spatial structure and urban recreationally space layout . The paper presents its content as below:Firstly reviews the theories of urban recreation needs, systematically analyzes characters and classification of the urban recreation needs, and differences between recreation and tourism, then studies the recreation space characters and behavior characters of Shiyan people.In view of spatial hierarchy,urban recreation space can be classified three parts: community recreation,district recreation and recreational space around metropolis. The paper defines the concept of urban recreation space, basic forms and styles, analyzes the reason of forming hierarchy, and the character of every hierarchy, and summarizes the ideal models for urban recreation space and the basis of space layout.The paper takes Shiyan city as a study case. In light of the existing urban recreationally spatial structure and its landform, the paper puts forward"ellipse circle"formed by"plot-axis",an ideal model of recreationally spatial structure for moderate cities,which can be described as: According to"plot-axis"model, a city which has unique central district firstly puts emphasize on the center and its axes, secondly transfers to secondary center and its axes, thirdly gradually shapes a recreational belt crossing the center of the city, finally forms"ellipse circle"model for recreationally spatial structure by recreational belt.Finally, the paper comes up with corresponding countermeasures aiming at the recreationally special layout of each hierarchy in Shiyan city.
