Study On Industrial Organization Of Agricultural Integration

The agricultural integration is the key project of the construction a harmonious society and new socialism countryside, but the industrial organization of agricultural integration affect its performance directly. Therefore, we must cultivate and innovate organization patterns which can adapt our country multi-level productive forces levels, enhances the organization's management level and the competitive ability.This article first elaborated the general theory of agricultural integration and industrial organization under the framework of the new classical economics,then it deeply analysis the vertical and horizontal relations of the industrial organization of agricultural integration with modern industrial organization theory, the new institutional economics, the game theory and the information economics , constructing the property right - contract two-dimensional relational model to explain the richly colorful vertical relations, demonstrating the mechanism of vertical integration and merge with economic models, then it points out the problems of the industrial organization of agricultural integration in our country, finally it gives some measures to innovate and optimize the industrial organization of agricultural integration.
