The entrepreneur is enterprise's soul, and he is playing the key role in enterprise's survival and the growth process. The entrepreneur has the special power, the responsibility, the benefit, which is different from the general human resources has. The entrepreneur human capital is one kind of special human capital and it has own human capital characteristic in some kind of degree. Recent year, although large numbers of rapid-growth firms emerge in our country, many of them are facing the management crisis, and their growth conditions are not certainly ideal. Therefore, studying the general rule of entrepreneur human capital has the vital role to our country enterprise's growth and even the entire economical development.The paper studies on entrepreneur human capital from the entrepreneur own angle with the master line and the background of the enterprise growth and its life cycle characteristics. With the comprehensive utilization of theories and methods of management, economics, organization behavior science and statistics, it lays out the basic theoretical framework of entrepreneur's human capital accumulation, analyzes the general change rule of entrepreneur human capital and testifies the relations between the entrepreneur human capital variables and the enterprise grows.
