| At present,china's economic development has entered the new normal,under the new external environment and the constraint conditions of supply and demand,manufacturing growth is facing the challenge of new and old power transformation and regulate of industrial structure.Manufacturing entrepreneur human capital plays an important role in the modern enterprise competition and industry growth.Based on this,after summarizing the theory of entrepreneur and entrepreneur human capital,this paper defines the entrepreneur human capital from three aspects of abundance,quality and structure,analyzes the effect of manufacturing entrepreneur human capital on the growth of manufacturing industry,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the contribution of human capital to industry growth.In this paper,the manufacturing entrepreneur human capital's impact on manufacturing growth path has described,the time series data were analyzed by OLS regression analysis and variable coefficient analysis,model analysis results show that compared to the amount of labor,china's manufacturing industry growth mainly depends on the material capital contribution;the contribution of abundance of manufacturing entrepreneurs' human capital to the growth of manufacturing industry was prominent and stable;innovation entrepreneurship was not completely into a strong driving force for growth in the industry due to low quality innovation and problems in intellectual property protection;abundant of private manufacturing entrepreneurs had a greater influence on the growth of manufacturing industry,but the influence degree was decreasing year by year.Based on the above research,suggestions of improve manufacturing entrepreneur human capital's contribution to the growth in manufacturing as follows:make full use of material capital advantages;increase the contribution of innovation entrepreneurship to the growth of the industry;release the vitality of private entrepreneurs human capital. |
