The mircrocosmic environment of Chinese health product industry was analyzed from the consuming psychology and behavior perspectives. Meanwhile the macrocosmic environment of it was analyzed from the four perspectives, such as industry economy environment, industry law and policy, technology environment and and health product consuming culture. Based on this the paper made a structural analysis on the industry competition of Chinese health products by five facors comptition model. And explored the comptition characters of every stage in the developmental processes of Chinese health products industry. Furthermore, the paper analyzed the development course and trend of Chinese health product industry.Base on the above analysis, the paper focused on the management innovation of Sanzhu group. Then the paper sumed up the management status quo of Sanzhu group from the four perspectives, such as revolution thought of Chairman Mao, serious morbidity state-owned enterprises, romatic development idea and cocktail of Sanzhu group. The successful management experiences are abundant marketing network, premature mployment meachnism, actual marketing tactics, strong advitisement, successful country market development and precision market subsection. Base on this, the risk crisises hidden in the management of Sanzhu group are ascertained.Management innovation of Sanzhu group is still going on. Although the paper can't put forward comprehensive management innovation project of enterprises just like Sanzhu group and they can't use the big mature career management mode in company culture, strategy, organization, staff and share allocation, some common experiences and lessonses were summed up. The paper analyzed systematically management innovation of Sanzhu group from three perspectives, such as fading out from health product market, human resource integration and innovative place. Based on this, the paper analyzed the institutional innovation tactices such as the human resource management, strategical object management, technology innovation and stragical investment rules and institution from the enterprise property right and institution designment.
