This paper takes analysis of the urbanization process as the thread, based on documents and literature, data materials, regard statistical software to analyze as tool, by how deal with all mutual relation of influence factor as the means in the proceeding of urbanization, regard realizing regional sustainable development as the final goal.The basic step of analysis of this paper is: Through proving the comparativity of Urumchi and Wenzhou at first, explain the characteristic of the urbanization of two places on the basis of obtaining comparativity, in which emphasize the urbanization way of " mode of Wenzhou ".Secondly, on the basis of surveying and studying questionnaire investigation, comprehensive literature, proposed the difference of the urbanization of true and false. Then evaluate the level of urbanization and industrialization, the twin body. And compare with the industrialized level to the urbanization of population of two places. This paper analysis the economic growth effect of industrial structure adjustment again.Finally systematically analysis the effectual factors that urbanization and industrialization toward regional sustainable development, establish the index system on the basis of the above-mentioned analysis, set up urbanization mathematics and physics model in the form of production function, verify the equation then explain its economic meaning through the determination of coefficient, propose a regulating method to explain how to handle various influence factors well, in order to reach the general and right conclusion of regional sustainable development , have put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
