The Study On Assessment And Regional Differences Of The Coordinated Development Level Of Industrialization, Urbanization Informatization And Agricultural Modernization In China

China has entered the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, in the key period of developing of urbanization, economic transformation upgrading, accelerating on socialist modernization, but the gap between urban and rural areas, economic structure imbalance and poor produce efficiency is still plagued by China. As the new industrialization, urbanization informatization and agricultural modernization constantly intertwine, it resultants force to promote sustainable economic development. The relationship of the "four modernizations" gradually shifts from relatively independent to fusion integration. In the turn of the spring and summer of 2014, general secretary Xi visited the Henan province for investigation on-the-spot investigation. In such a ancient land with a brilliant civilization, once called "central plain", he put forward the concept of "the new normal" to warn of the adjustment period of China, which pointed out the "thorn" and "light" on development road of China’s. "The new normal" is increasingly being talked about, various industries are talking about their new normal, and actively study the path of future development. In terms of macro level, the new normal is still associated with the "four modernizations". Under "the new normal", the continuous economic growth and sustainable development in China, still need to promote the Synchronous development of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization.Under the theoretical framework of collaborative theory, this article explores the mechanism of the coordinated development of "four modernizations", establishes the evaluation index system of coordinated development of "four modernizations" composite system, measures the "four modernizations" coordinated development level of China’s 31 provincial administrative unit from 2005 to 2012, differentiates space type by clustering analysis, studies the spatial pattern of distribution characteristics and spatial evolution trend. Through the theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper reveals the "four modernizations" synergy development present situation and existing problems, explains the spatial pattern and the regional difference of the coordinated development of the "four modernizations" in China, searches for the optimal path of coordinated development of "four modernizations" in order to provide the basis for the related policy-making. This article is made up from nine chapters: the introduction, the theoretical basis of coordinated development of industrialization; informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization; the construction of evaluation index system of "four modernizations" coordinated development; the choice of "four modernizations" coordinated development evaluation model-FCE - AHP model; the measurement of "four modernizations" coordinated development level in China; the regional differences of "four modernizations" coordinated development in China; the spatial pattern of "four modernizations" coordinated development in China; the path selection of "four modernizations" coordinated development in China; the research conclusion, innovation and prospect.
