Study On How The Change Of Industrial Structure In Xinjiang Area Affects The Increase Of Employment

With the development of the market economy and the industrial structure constantly adjusting, employment issues has become a major economic and social problems affecting the entire society. as a developing country, China's economic growth is the part of the economic structure adjusting and any terms of employment links with structure, especially the industrial structure. The reasonable industrial structure of employment is security of rational economic structure thus the largest and highest outputs. Therefore, to achieve a smooth transformation and adjustment of industrial structure of employment relates to the economic development and modernization. As the important developing provinces of the western region, Xinjiang has released a large number of unemployed and formed a more serious employment problems in the past 20 year 's development. So studying employment problem in Xinjiang from the perspective of the industrial structure changing will promote their sustainable economic development. We base on a lot of statistical information and mainly used empirical analysis and normative analysis to analysing the impact that the changes in the industrial structure influences on employment growth in Xinjiang. We first analysis the relationship between economic development and employment by use of regression analysis ,in this part, we summarizes the impact that changes in the industrial structure influences on contribution of the labor force in the economic development through correlating the labor and capital's contribution between general models of economic growth and the models of economic growth that accessing to the industrial structure change.
