Study On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure Of Xinjiang

The industrial structure and employment structure can not only express the spatial development of a region, but also can reflect the resources allocation of a certain region, thus affecting the economic development. Continuous development of economic requires industrial structure upgrading and optimizing.With the improvement of human resources, the diversification of the supply and demand and the deepening degree of capital intensive, industrial structure is always in a constant change. But to a great extent, the employment structure depends on the industrial structure,which making employment structure in a passive position.And this kind of situation makes employment structure leading or lagging industrial structure.Therefore the changing infects the the development of local economy and the improvement of local employment.In this paper, the main line is the evolution of industrial structure and employment structure in Xinjiang. The thesis starts from the general changing rules of industrial structure and employment structure, attempting to study the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Xinjiang from the perspective of development.Making multi-level, multi-angle systematic analysis of the changing employment structure and industrial structure, in order to exploring the changing rules and developing trends of the industrial structure and the employment structure in Xinjiang. Through the analysis of Xinjiang industrial structure and employment structure, we hope that we can finally find the problem of Xinjiang’s industrial structure when it’s upgrading,as well as the problem of mutual coordination between employment structure and industrial structure.And according to the research,I propose the reasonable advises,wishing they can promote the sustainable development of Xinjiang’s economy.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly states the background and significance of the study and the research results at this stage.Thesecond chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter to the fifth chapter is the concrete analysis process of this paper.The third chapter introduces the current situation of Xinjiang’s industrial structure and employment structure.In the fourth chapter, we study the relationship between industrial structure and employment in Xinjiang, using the correlation coefficient matrix and the method of deviation degree.In the fifth chapter, the author makes a deep research on the deviation of the fourth chapter,using coordination coefficient, Moore structure value and grey absolute correlation.In the last sixth chapters, the policy analysis is carried out.
